(1) Wood Flour Bio-Fertilizer: This organic fertilizer is made using the following ingredients: 1000 kg of sawdust, 100 kg of wheat bran, 20 kg of soybean cake, 200 kg of chicken manure, and 13 kg of microbial compound bacteria. After the chicken manure has been crushed, it should be thoroughly mixed with the wood chips, wheat bran, and soybean cake. Water is then added to moisten the mixture, ensuring that the moisture level reaches between 55% and 65%. The mixture is then formed into a pile and turned once a week for 4 to 6 times to promote even decomposition. Once fully decomposed, the material is dried and ready for use. Important production considerations include keeping the mixture in a shaded area, protecting it from rain, and preventing pest infestations. Application: For high-yield crops such as greenhouse vegetables, this bio-fertilizer can be used as a base fertilizer, applied in one single dose. For top-dressing, it should be applied in three separate sessions—either by furrowing or placing it directly into holes in the soil, followed by covering the soil and watering it after three days. For fruit trees, the fertilizer can be applied by digging small holes around the roots and placing the mixture inside.
(2) Chicken Manure Bio-Fertilizer: The formula includes 1000 kg of chicken manure, 200 kg of wheat bran, 50 kg of additional wheat bran (possibly a typo, but assuming it's meant to be another ingredient), and 15 kg of microbial complex strain. The production process is similar to the previous recipe. Application: When used as a base fertilizer, only half of the formula is needed per acre. For top-dressing, it should be applied in 2 to 3 installments using the same furrow method as described earlier. This ensures better nutrient absorption and prevents over-application. Both types of bio-fertilizers are excellent alternatives to chemical fertilizers, promoting sustainable farming practices while improving soil health and crop yield over time.
