(1) Wood Flour Bio-Fertilizer: The formula includes 1000 kg of sawdust, 100 kg of wheat bran, 20 kg of soybean cake, 200 kg of chicken manure, and 13 kg of microbial compound bacteria. After the chicken manure is finely crushed, it should be thoroughly mixed with the wood chips, wheat bran, and soybean cake. Water is then added to moisten the mixture, aiming for a moisture content of approximately 55% to 65%. Once prepared, the mixture is formed into a pile and turned once a week for 4 to 6 times. This process allows the material to decompose fully before drying and using it as fertilizer. Key production considerations include avoiding direct sunlight, protecting from rain, and preventing pest infestation. Application: For high-yield crops such as greenhouse vegetables, this bio-fertilizer can be used as a base fertilizer in one application. For top-dressing, it should be applied in three separate sessions—either by furrowing or placing it directly into holes, followed by covering the soil and watering after three days. For fruit trees, the fertilizer can be applied by digging small holes around the roots.
(2) Chicken Manure Bio-Fertilizer: The formula consists of 1000 kg of chicken manure, 200 kg of wheat bran, 50 kg of soybean meal, and 15 kg of microbial complex strain. The production method is similar to the previous formula, involving mixing, moistening, piling, and regular turning to promote decomposition. Application: When used as a base fertilizer, only half of the total formula is required per acre. For top-dressing, it should be applied in 2 to 3 stages, using furrowing or hole application methods. After each application, the soil should be covered and watered after about three days. This ensures optimal nutrient absorption and prevents wastage. Both types of bio-fertilizers are eco-friendly alternatives to chemical fertilizers, promoting sustainable farming practices while improving soil health and crop yield.
