Different wheat varieties should be kept separate during drying to avoid cross-contamination. For storage, several methods can be used, such as using grain bins, meal storage, or woven bags. When storing in containers, cover the seeds with about 20 cm of dry ash mixed with rice husks and seal the container tightly. Alternatively, nylon woven bags can be used. These should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from walls, to protect against pests, moisture, and rodents.
