It is used to measure the level, flow and pressure of a liquid, gas or vapor and then convert it to a 4-20 mADC signal output.
     The differential pressure transmitter is also a pressure measuring instrument. Therefore, the installation of the differential pressure transmitter should follow the installation principle of the general pressure measuring instrument. However, the differential pressure transmitter and the pressure tap must be connected through the pressure guiding pipe. The measured pressure can be correctly transmitted to the positive and negative pressure chamber of the transmitter. If the pressure port is not properly selected, the pressure guiding tube is not installed correctly, or the pressure guiding tube is blocked or leaked, or the differential pressure transmitter is Improper installation and operation can cause large measurement errors. Therefore, some principles should be respected during installation: (1) The choice of pressure port. The choice of the pressure tap has a lot to do with the characteristics of the measured medium. Different media should be determined according to different situations. When the measured medium is liquid, the pressure tap should be located in the range of 0°-45° between the lower part of the pipeline and the horizontal line of the pipeline; when the measured medium is gas, the pressure tap should be located on the vertical centerline of the pipe and the vertical center of the pipeline. In the range of 0°-45°; when the measured medium is steam, the pressure tap should be located in the range of 0°-45° between the upper part of the pipe and the horizontal line of the pipe; (2) Installation of the pressure guiding pipe.
