Sitting here at my gate, waiting to board a flight to New York, feels surreal. Just yesterday, I was lounging in my favorite pair of pajamas, indulging in the art of doing absolutely nothing. Now, I'm surrounded by rows of metal chairs wrapped in slightly worn leather, typing away on my laptop while sipping overpriced airport coffee. It's funny how life can shift so quickly, isn't it?
Reflecting on the past week always brings a smile to my face. There's something magical about revisiting those moments—whether they're quiet nights at home or spontaneous adventures. Even though it’s technically a day late, I still wanted to share my weekly round-up. After all, every little bit counts!
This is one of my favorite traditions here on Fresh Mommy Blog—Hump Day Dump! Every Wednesday, I take a break from crafting elaborate posts and simply dump last week’s photos straight from my phone. It’s not fancy, but it’s real. These images tell stories better than words ever could. They’re little snapshots of our lives—what we’ve been doing, where we’ve been, and who we’ve shared it with.
The photo above? That’s me trying to capture the essence of “Hump Day Dump.†Admittedly, it didn’t turn out quite like I envisioned, but perfection isn’t the goal here. Authenticity is.
