Cultivation of black fungus section wood greenhouse

Greenhouses are commonly cultivated in plastic greenhouses, especially in northern regions. These structures help overcome adverse environmental conditions such as low temperatures and dryness, allowing for a longer growth period of the fungi. Under natural outdoor conditions, the annual mushroom production season typically runs from June to September. However, with the use of plastic greenhouses, the growing period can be extended from April to December of the following year. The controlled environment inside the greenhouse helps maintain higher temperatures and better humidity levels, which allows for earlier inoculation of the ear. Inoculation can take place about half a month earlier than usual. After inoculation, the racks are arranged in a "well" shape within the shed, and there is no need for extra covering with film or straw curtains. When most of the ear buds begin to form, they are carefully stacked and placed on crossbars in a "person" shape. Due to the limited floor space in the shed, it's common to place 1 to 2 layers of racks on each side. The temperature inside the shed should be maintained between 20°C and 28°C. If the temperature exceeds 30°C, shading the roof canopy and spraying cold water on the roof and surrounding areas can help cool down the environment. At the same time, increasing ventilation can also assist in lowering the internal temperature. On colder days, when the temperature drops in the afternoon, doors and windows should be closed, and straw curtains should be used to keep the heat in. The next morning, the curtains are removed to let in sunlight and warm up the space. After summer, when the outside temperature stabilizes above 20°C, the plastic film can be removed, and the mushrooms can be grown directly in the shed. However, it's still important to provide some shade to avoid direct sunlight. As temperatures gradually decrease, the plastic film can be re-covered if needed. To maintain proper humidity, water should be sprayed into the shed both in the morning and evening, keeping the humidity level between 80% and 90%. Once the mushrooms are harvested, watering should be temporarily stopped, the film lifted, and the mushrooms allowed to dry for 3 to 4 days. This drying period enables the mushrooms to receive more sunlight and air, promoting mycelium growth before the final sealing process.
