Save fresh fish with sodium acetate

Sodium acetate is formulated into aqueous solutions of different concentrations under different air temperature conditions: When the temperature is above 30° C., a 5% to 7% aqueous solution is prepared, and the air temperature is formulated into a 4% to 5% aqueous solution below 29° C. With a good sodium acetate solution pH should be 7 to 10. The fresh fish is soaked in the prepared solution for 1 hour, then picked up and put in a ventilated basket or to be transported, so that the fresh fish can be stored at room temperature for 4 to 5 days without deterioration. No need to freeze). After 4-5 days, rinse off with clean water. The color and taste are as before. The use of this preservation method to save fresh fish has a low cost and is particularly suitable for use in long-distance transportation of aquatic products.
