Generally, the new mold is equipped with a new roller, and the old mold is equipped with an old roller so that the surface shape of the ring die and the pressure roller are close to the contour state, and the gaps of the respective portions of the ring die and the pressure roller are substantially the same. In this way, the entire ring mold is uniformly loaded and discharged, which can improve production efficiency.
Before assembly, clean up should be done to ensure that the mating surfaces are clean. Pay special attention to the cleaning of the ring mold screw holes. If the screw holes of the ring die are not cleaned, it is easy to cause cracks in the ring bolt holes when tightening the ring die bolts. To tighten the ring bolt with a torque wrench to ensure the specified tightening torque.
When assembling the pressure roller, pay attention to the inspection of the bearing. If damage is found, it should be replaced in time. After the press rolls are assembled, a certain gap should be ensured so that the press rolls can rotate freely. Each shift must be used to fill the pressure roller on time. Once the pressure roller is short of oil, it will cause the bearing and the pressure roller shaft to burn out. In severe cases, the entire pressure roller will be scrapped.
After the granulation is finished, it is required to press the oil-containing material into the die hole to ensure that the die hole is not corroded, and the maintenance of the carbon steel ring die is more careful.
