Therefore, please strictly follow the sequence below:
1. Close the input valve; close the output valve when there is pressure at the outlet.
2. Confirm that the pipe connected to the exhaust valve has been connected to the safety or suction port (except when filtering toxic and corrosive liquids), then open the exhaust valve to prevent the liquid from causing damage to the workers and the surrounding environment. Pollution.
3. Check the pressure gauge to determine that the internal pressure is 0. At this time, the bag filter should be separated from the piping system.
4. If there is a drain valve, confirm that the drain liquid is connected to the recovery point and open the drain valve; the remaining liquid in the bag filter is drained through the drain valve, and the drain valve is closed. This discharge can be done in a pressurized manner (please refer to the pressurized discharge process).
Unscrew the top cover and lift the upper cover. The multi-bag filter needs to be rotated through a certain angle.
Q: Cleaning bag filter
A: If the bag filter continues to filter the same liquid, it does not need to be cleaned. However, if other types of liquid are filtered, it is necessary to clean the machine before use.
Q: Maintenance and replacement of the 密å°-type seal
A: Maintenance: When using, the 密å°-type sealing ring should be placed in the Ο-shaped groove to avoid improper extrusion and deform the Ο-type sealing ring; when not filtering, the Ο-type sealing ring must be taken out and wiped clean, otherwise the residual liquid will adhere after solidification. On its surface, it causes hardening and the sealing property is deteriorated.
Replace: If the 密å°-type seal is aging or damaged, please replace it in time. The same type of 密å°-type seal should be selected for replacement.
Special statement:
1. Under normal use, the filter and the support net are guaranteed for one year. If the damage is caused by improper use, it is not covered by the warranty.
2. The maximum design pressure of the standard bag filter is 1.0Mpa, and the recommended maximum working pressure is 0.5Mpa except for special specifications.
3. The maximum design pressure in the jacket of the bag type jacket filter is 1.0Mpa, and the maximum recommended working pressure is 0.6Mpa.
4. The design pressure of the multi-bag filter is 1.0Mpa, and the maximum recommended working pressure is 0.6Mpa.
Q: Precautions
A: 1. The filter plate must be placed in order and in the specified quantity. It is forbidden to start the operation with less than the specified number of filter plates to prevent accidents.
2. The pressure of the cylinder should not exceed the rated value, otherwise the relevant parts of the filter press will be damaged.
3. The valves of filtrate, washing liquid and compressed air must be activated according to the operating procedures and must not be opened at the same time.
4. The filtered filter temperature must be controlled at <80 °C. If it is >80 °C, it should be stated before ordering.
5. When moving the filter plate, the force should be even and appropriate, and should not be hit and hit, so as not to damage the sealing surface and the handle.
6. The filter plate and filter cloth after unloading the cake must be rinsed clean. Never allow the residue to stick to the sealing surface or the hole. Otherwise, the sealing and the smoothness of the hole will be affected, which will cause the filter plate to deform.
7. The selection of the filter cloth must meet the filtration requirements of the filter. Otherwise, the filter will be unclear, or the filtration speed will be too slow to achieve the adverse effects of filtration and low filtration efficiency.
8. After the filter cloth is used for a period of time, it will become hard and the performance will be degraded. For this reason, it should be checked regularly. If it is found to be hard, the corresponding low acid and weak alkali can be used for neutralization, soaking and washing to restore it. Some features.
9. The hydraulic components such as fuel tank, oil cylinder, oil pump and relief valve need to be operated at no load on a regular basis and cleaned in circulation. The filter press used for the first time in a normal working environment should be changed within one month. The working oil has a filtration accuracy of 20 um and the working oil replacement cycle is 6 months.
10. The fuselage should be kept clean and the screw part should be lubricated with butter. The car and the transmission mechanism should be refueled in time to maintain good lubrication. Do not climb or hit the pipe connecting the inlet and outlet holes to avoid liquid leakage at the plastic weld.
11. The lifting of the unit must be carried out on the four ends of the girders to prevent the main beam from being deformed.

3. During the working process, the machine components shall not be overhauled or adjusted to avoid unnecessary damage and accidents.
4. Do not work under the pressure of use.
5. Do not adjust the relief valve at will.
Q: Use repair, maintenance and precautions:
A: 1. The operator must be familiar with the contents of the instruction manual and operate, adjust, use and repair according to the requirements of the manual.
2. Use high-quality filter cloth, the filter cloth should not be damaged, and the sealing surface is not wrinkled or overlapped.
3. Always check whether the whole machine is zero, whether the components are installed safely, whether the fasteners are tight, whether the hydraulic system leaks oil, and whether the transmission components are flexible and reliable.
4. Always check whether the quality of the hydraulic oil and the height of the oil surface meet the requirements and whether the oil is pure. Keep clean, waterproof and dustproof around the hydraulic system.
5. After each boot, carefully observe the working condition of the machine. If there is any abnormality, stop the maintenance immediately.
6. The oil temperature in the fuel tank is not higher than 60 °C; the water tank is strictly prohibited from entering water and dust; the oil filter on the hydraulic station should be cleaned frequently. The electrical control part shall conduct an insulation performance test once a month, and damaged electrical components shall be replaced or repaired in time.
7. When the machine is used for one month, the fuel tank, oil circuit, oil cylinder, etc. should be cleaned, replaced with qualified new oil, and replaced and cleaned once every six months.
8. During operation, the filtration pressure, compression pressure, and liquid temperature must not exceed the specified value. In the absence of the plate frame or the maximum displacement of the compression plate is greater than the piston stroke, it is strictly prohibited to start the machine.
9. When starting the oil pump in winter, the hydraulic oil should be warmed as needed. When the oil temperature rises above 15 °C, it can be put into use. Apply low-condensation point hydraulic oil to alpine areas.
10. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the equipment under working conditions. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine when the pressure gauge is damaged or the pressure gauge is not installed.
11. When the new oil pipe is replaced for the first time, the personnel must not be close to the high pressure oil pipe.

16. When the machine is out of service for a long time, it should be stored in a ventilated and dry room. The hydraulic system should be filled with oil. Other external leakage processing surfaces should be coated with anti-rust oil. Storage should be placed in a place where the relative temperature is less than 80% and the temperature is between -15-40 °C and the non-corrosive medium is covered.
17. The filter plate and filter frame should not be in contact with oil, acid or alkali or other substances that are detrimental to the plate frame. Keep away from heat sources and avoid sun and rain.
18. When the diaphragm is pressed, the material must be filled with the filter chamber before pressing. After the air is exhausted, the filter plate must be opened to discharge the material to avoid cracking of the diaphragm. The compressed air line should be checked frequently during work. If the air pipe is detached or the air leak is serious, immediately close the intake valve and open the bleed valve. It can only be used after it has been repaired.
