Analysis of high temperature technical measures for bag filter

The high temperature technical measures of the bag filter are analyzed. The high temperature measures before the flue gas enters the dust collector. Since the temperature of the flue gas is as high as about 550 ° C, the existing bag filter can not be adapted, so the flue gas enters the bag filter. Take three cooling measures and preventive measures.
(1) Setting the gas cooler The medium for cooling the high-temperature flue gas can be air or water with low temperature, which is called air-cooling or water-cooling. Regardless of air-cooling or water-cooling, it may be direct cooling or indirect cooling, so the cooling method is classified by the following method. 1 Suction is directly cooled, and the air at normal temperature is directly mixed into the high-smoke flue gas (mixing method). 2 Indirect cold air, using air to cool the high temperature flue gas flowing in the pipe. Air cooling using natural convection air cooling is called natural air cooling, and forced convection air cooling by a fan is called mechanical air cooling. 3 Spray directly to cool, spray water directly into the high-temperature flue gas, and absorb the heat of the water mist to cool the flue gas. 4 Indirect water cooling, the flue gas flowing in the pipe by water cooling may be formed by a water jacket or a cooler. Various cooling methods are applicable to a range, and their characteristics, applicable temperatures, and uses vary.
(2) Mixing low-temperature flue gas In the same bag filter dust removal system, if it is a gas of different temperature, it should first mix this part of low-temperature gas with high-temperature gas.
(3) Installation of the cold air valve The suction air cooling valve is mainly used to prevent the high smoke from exceeding the allowable temperature into the bag filter before the bag type dust collector. It is a butterfly valve with adjustment function, one end is connected to the high temperature pipeline and the other end is connected to the atmosphere. The negative pressure at the intersection of the suction branch pipe and the flue should be no less than 50-100Pa. The inhaled air should be well mixed with the flue gas and then enter the bag dust collector. This method is suitable for systems where the temperature of the flue gas is not too high.
