The starting sequence is to start the analysis machine first, then start the fan, and then start the main machine. After starting the main machine, it should be fed immediately (small fine particles should be added first, then the normal material should be added) and then the large air volume valve should be opened to ensure that the feed port is not Under the premise of external powder spraying, the exhaust valve should be closed as much as possible. Then adjust the fineness of the finished product. The smashing and hoisting machine series should check the jaw gap of the crusher before starting. It is in line with the feed size and the adjustment of the speed of the analyzer should reach the approximate product size. Finally, boot in the following order.
1. Open the bucket elevator;
2 , start the jaw crusher;
3. After the materials in the warehouse are stored, start the analysis machine;
4 , start the blower (empty load start, then load after normal operation);
5 , start the machine, start the electromagnetic vibration feeder immediately after starting the host. At this point, the operation of the mill is the beginning. The operation sequence is simply expressed as follows: “ Start †hoist — crusher — analyzer — fan — host — feeder.
When shutting down, the machines should be shut down in the following order:
1. Close the feeder to stop feeding;
2 , stop the host after about one minute;
3. Stop the blower after blowing off the residual material;
4. Finally, shut down the analyzer.
The order of shutdown is: feeder - host - blower - analyzer.
Note: After the hoist transports the material to the silo for a certain amount, the crusher is stopped first and then the lift is stopped. This item should be changed by the stock amount.
5 , the mill is not allowed to refuel in normal work, to ensure production safety, the mill in any part of the abnormal noise, or sudden increase in load should immediately stop the inspection, troubleshooting, to avoid major accidents.
