As 2022 sped by faster than we could blink, here we are in 2023, ready to take things up a notch. IMC is pumped to dive into the new year with some exciting plans and updates. We wanted to share a sneak peek into what's in store for all of you over the next few months.
First off, the highly anticipated NAFEM Show is just around the corner. It's been ages since the last event back in 2019, and we're thrilled to finally meet up with many of you face-to-face again. We've been working hard to make this booth experience unforgettable—full of excitement, interactivity, and some surprises. You can expect to see some of our most popular products alongside brand-new additions. And yes, we’ve got a special giveaway lined up for every visitor, so don't miss out!
The show takes place February 1-3, 2023, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Our booth number is 3212. If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time—check out the registration link [here](https://www.nafemshow.org/).
Now onto our updated price list. We released our latest version on January 1, 2023, and we’re currently preparing a minor revision for later this year. This update will include refined pricing, fresh product listings (including the new releases for 2023), improved images, and more. Keep an eye out for more details as we get closer to the launch.
Our website has seen some fantastic upgrades in 2022, including the introduction of an Excess Inventory Sale and a Meet the Team page. For 2023, we’re brainstorming further enhancements such as better product filters, spotlight videos, customer testimonials, and even a dedicated rep portal. We aim to make our website the ultimate resource hub for everything IMC/Teddy, ensuring a seamless experience for our reps, consultants, and dealers.
Speaking of stock items, we added a couple of models to our stock list last year, like the #CFT and #NWR series (specific sizes only). In 2023, we’re expanding our stock item collection even further to cater better to our dealers. Stay tuned for the latest updates on quick-ship items.
Our video library has been growing steadily, and we added over 25 new videos last year, covering factory spotlights, tutorials, and more. Make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel and check back regularly for the latest content!
Social media remains a key focus for us in 2023. Our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages are buzzing with activity every day. Engagement has been fantastic, and we’d love for you to follow us to stay updated on all things IMC. Additionally, our blog, "Food for Thought," is set to grow even more in 2023. We already had our first guest writer, and we’re lining up more contributors to share their insights on the foodservice industry. Lastly, our technical and after-sales support is something we pride ourselves on, and 2022 saw the release of over 12 new Installation & Care Manuals.
