1. The rotary evaporator motor has been subjected to excessive load for a long time, which will cause the temperature to rise too high and damage the insulation, thus shortening the service life of the geared motor.

2, the speed matching principle is to make the geared motor and production machinery run at the rated speed, the transmission mode is the same.

3. The components of the geared motor should be kept clean, and the assembly of the end cover and bearings should be reasonable. It can not be violently constructed, otherwise the corresponding components will be deformed by force and the geared motor will not operate.

4. The common fault of the rotary evaporator is that the motor bearing is damaged. The bearing is replaced again. After the motor end cover is nested, the bearing ball clearance is too small or uneven due to the excessive interference or the ellipticality exceeds the standard. The friction force increases when the bearing is running, and the temperature rises rapidly until it burns.

5. The bearing cavity is not cleaned or the grease is not clean. For example, the tiny rigid material in the bearing cage is not completely cleaned, and the temperature rise caused by the damage of the bearing raceway during operation is too high, and finally the bearing is burnt.

6. The temperature rise of the main body of the deceleration motor of the rotary evaporator is too high, and the bearing replenishing grease does not cause the bearing to be short of oil or even burned.

7. The bearing itself has manufacturing quality problems, such as rust spots on the raceway, less flexible rotation, excessive clearance, and deformation of the cage.

8. When the running condition of the bearing is not good, the vibration and noise of the geared motor will increase significantly. When the radial clearance of the bearing reaches a certain value, the bearing is replaced.

9. The rotary evaporator does not run for a long time, the grease causes deterioration, the bearing is rusty and has not been repaired.

10. Rotary evaporator gear motor If there is vibration, it should be distinguished by the gear motor itself, or by the improper transmission device, or transmitted by the mechanical load end. After that, it will be analyzed according to the specific situation.
