Artificial insemination of bees

Bee artificial insemination technology has played an important role in the original species of pure hybrid seed production and engineering breeding. Before artificial insemination, first select the drone, force the sperm, collect semen, select the queen, and then perform artificial insemination. After anesthetizing the bee queen, adjust the microscope and move the back-and-aft hook control lever under the microscope so that the back and the belly hook under the control of the needle, hook the central position of the top of the back and the web respectively, and pull the back and the back to the outside to make the space between them. For 3~4mm, then move the back hook so that most of the bulge is embedded in the triangular slit at the base of the needle-needle chamber, and then pull the dorsal and abdominal sulcus to pull the distance between the back and the web to 5~6mm. After the needle chamber is opened, adjust the angle between the bee king and the needle, remove the physiological fluid and air bubbles from the needle tip, and make the needle point close to the vaginal orifice. Use the needle to suppress the flap and slowly advance the needle tip to the vagina until the middle loses. Take out the needle and slowly inject the semen. One-time insemination generally injects 8 microliters of semen; cash pollination each time injects 4 to 5 microliters of semen at intervals of 24 to 48 hours. After completion of insemination, 10 to 15 seconds later, the needle is withdrawn, the bee queen is removed, and the marker is marked. After recovery, the returned core group or box cage is temporarily stored. The fertilized bee queen must be strictly managed so that it can be fed by worker bees to ensure that the number of bees in the bee colony of the queen bee in order to regulate the nest temperature. The queen bee can be finned or closed to prevent the queen from going out.
