The effect of increasing phosphorus and calcium in autumn peanuts

At this point, nitrogen fertilizer may not be topdressed, but phosphorus and calcium fertilizers may be added, which has a significant effect on improving the yield and quality of autumn peanuts. When peanuts are applied with phosphate fertilizers, it is generally better to apply phosphorus fertilizers out of the root dressings and the absorption rate is faster. The specific method is: first soak the superphosphate with water bubble for 24 hours, then filter it with gauze, take the supernatant and mix it with water to form a 2% to 3% solution of superphosphate, spray 70~80kg per acre of fertilizer solution. Foliar, spray once every 7-10 days, spray 2 times continuously, can increase 8% to 15%. Spraying should be done on sunny days after 4 pm or on cloudy days. Autumn peanuts are very sensitive to calcium fertilizers. Adding lime to the base fertilizer can promote root development, regulate soil pH, and facilitate the absorption of phosphorus and potassium. Because the early absorption of calcium in the plant is poor in the body, it is rarely transported to the seed kernels, and the full and satisfying needs of the capsule cannot be met. Increasing the topdressing lime during the flowering period can greatly reduce empty grains and increase fruit filling rate. Scientific research shows that in addition to the absorption of water and minerals, calcium in the crusted areas of peanuts is mainly absorbed by the velvet on the tip of the fruit and on the surface of the pods, and the critical period for calcium development is required for fruit development at 15 to 25 days. Therefore, mastering the combination of cultivating soil and adding 25-30 kg of lime to the pod area before the large number of needles in the autumn peanuts can increase production by 8% to 12%, increase the output rate of the kernel by 2% to 3.5%, and greatly reduce empty grains.
