Hydroponics culture technology

Water silkworm, commonly known as red worm, is a common benthic animal in fresh water, and it mostly lives in sewage channels and drainage outlets containing organic matter and humus. The optimum growth water temperature is 15--20°C and the pH is 6.8- -8.5. Hydrangea is rich in protein, fat, inorganic salts and various vitamins. It is a high-quality bait for some special aquaculture subjects at the seedling stage. The main technical measures for the intensification of water silkworm production are introduced as follows:
I. Breeding of aquaculture facilities There are a variety of ways such as cultivation of small ponds and cultivation of rice fields and gutters.
(a) Koike construction. Choose a place close to the water source, use red brick cement to build a pool, with the soil bottom as the good, small pool area 10-20 square meters, pool depth 20-25 cm, rectangular, east-west arrangement, built into the drainage system, water inlet Arranged diagonally with the drain, to facilitate the micro-flowing water, into the water outlet to use a 60-mesh screen to seal the barrier, to prevent the entry of predatory organisms. After the cultivation pool has been established, it is ready for the cultivation of the filaments.
(II) Construction of paddy field and gully facilities. The paddy fields with more fertile sub-soil and more convenient drainage and drainage are generally suitable for 1.3--2.6 hectares per paddy field. A drainage ditch with a width of 40--50 cm is used for the precipitation and operation at intervals of 1.5--2 m in the field, and the surface is used for the cultivation of filaments. Field trenches, drainage ditch, and abandoned small rivers can also be used to transform and build drainage systems for the cultivation of hydro-silk.
Second, the preparation of culture medium Small cultivation pool, usually at the bottom of the pool first layer of bagasse, about 2 kg per square meter, and then spread a layer of 3-3-5 cm thick pond mud. Put a layer of 0.1--0.5 kg of a mixture of barley, bran, and corn flour per square meter before planting. Paddy fields, ditches, etc. must also be treated with decomposed livestock and poultry manure. For every 0.067 hectares, 2000-2,500 kilograms should be applied. Rice straw or wheat straw should also be added to the subsoil of the paddy field to allow it to be rotted and fermented as a base material. After the culture medium is spread, it can be planted.
Third, the stocking of a species of stocking water silk is generally carried out in late September. Paddy fields, ravines and other large areas of cultivation, each 0.067 hectare can be put into the water silk Seed 50--60 kg, while the small concrete pool can be put 200-300 grams per square meter. Dredging is generally conducted in the evening or on rainy days. Requires stocked silk fibroin to be strong, strong, and red or reddish-brown. When stocking, the quail species can be batched in pots, fresh water can be added in a ratio of 1:10, and evenly sprinkled on the cultivating bed with scoops or spoons to make it evenly distributed, so as to make full use of the medium material and accelerate reproduction and growth. .
Fourth, daily management
(a) Water level management. After the water silk has been stocked, the water depth of the cultivation pond or the cultivation bed can be kept within 3 - 5 cm. When the water temperature is low, the water level may be shallower to increase the water temperature and promote the growth of the water silkworm. When the water temperature is high, the water may be deepened by about 10 cm to reduce the direct sunlight. At the same time, during the entire cultivation period, it is best to keep the cultivation pond water in a microfluidic state and prevent water pollution, thus providing a good water environment for the growth and reproduction of the filamentous pupa.
(b) The addition of bait. Hydatidella grows and reproduces very quickly. In general, young pupae can grow into pupae after 45--60 days of cultivation. As it grows and reproduces faster, it consumes more bait. Hydrangea's foods consist of both fine barley, wheat bran, and corn flour, as well as coarse material produced by fermentation of livestock manure. Usually from the beginning of the stocking of the filaments to the cultivation, every 10-15 days, every 0.067 hectares will be supplemented with fermented manure, supplemented with about 2,000 kilograms of concentrate.
(c) The removal of enemy enemies. During the aquaculture period, the surface of the culture substrate often grows a layer of blue mud moss, which is extremely unfavorable to the growth of the water silkworm, and in addition, it cannot be killed by copper sulfate, so it can only be scraped off with a tool periodically. At the same time, it is also necessary to prevent frogs and meat-eating fish from ingesting food. In addition, we must also pay attention to preventing the excessive density of silkworms causing oxygen deficiency and causing death. In the summer and autumn, the cultivation pool should be covered with shade to prevent direct sunlight and maintain the appropriate water temperature.
Fifth, the life span of adult fishing silkworms is generally about 80 days. It takes about 45--60 days from stocking to breeding, and it can be harvested at this time. The collection method of small cement pools is relatively simple, that is, the water is cut off the night before harvesting to reduce the flow, so that the maggots float out of the water due to lack of oxygen, as long as a scoop is used to fish on the water. In addition, rice fields and gutters are cultivated in large areas, and their fishing methods are more complicated. First, lower the water level to expose the surface of the cocoon, so that the cocoon can be concentrated on the surface of the culture bed. Secondly, prepare a spoon or a wooden barrel and use the palm or a tool to put the soil on the surface of the culture bed to a maximum of 10 cm. In turn, scrape into the net spoon and bucket; again, the collected soil layer is rinsed with clean water to remove the sludge, and then the water silkworm mixed with weeds and dung is repeatedly washed in the washing pool to make the silk thread rinsed. Thoroughly separated from the weeds, the isolated filaments can be raised in a special pool for raising larvae or for sale.
