Xiaoganzhi Granule is a compound Chinese medicine preparation consisting of Yinchen, Yujin, Alisma, and Atractylodes. It has the functions of clearing away dampness and heat, soothing the liver and nourishing the liver. It has achieved good curative effect in the treatment of obese fatty liver. Yujinzhong curcuminoids have anti-inflammatory, anti-lipid peroxidation, hypoglycemic and hepatoprotective effects [1]; Alisma is an effective part of triterpenoid total aglycones, which has hypolipidemic and anti-fatty liver effects.
