Second, simple test:

1, mixed with water: honey drops on white paper, paper surface penetration rate is fast, on the contrary is pure honey.

2. Doping: Take a small amount of honey into a test tube, add five times the amount of water to dissolve, and stand still for 24 hours. Observe that the precipitate is adulterated with honey.

3, doped sucrose: take a small amount of honey heating, pure honey color from lighter color deeper, dry and soft after the soft, mixed with sucrose from light yellow, dry hair hard.

4, mixed with starch: honey plus 10 times the water to dissolve, boil after cooling, add a few drops of iodine solution, if the color blue, green or purple, it shows that mixed with starch.

5, adulterated sugar: honey plus 4 times diluted with water, slowly add 95% alcohol, white floc soon, then add sugar.

Third, the formal method: according to the country issued honey GB18796-2005 quality standards, through laboratory tests, physical and chemical indicators.
