Boot operation:
1 Connect the power supply and turn on the yellow power switch on the right. At this point, the "cold" display window begins to show the cold temperature.
2 Press the “refrigerator†switch, the chiller starts to run, and the cold heading temperature begins to decrease. In order to make the cold simmer fully capable of adsorbing moisture, the pre-cooling time should be no less than 30 minutes;
3 Press the “vacuum gauge†switch, the vacuum degree is displayed as “999â€;
4 After the pre-cooling is finished, place the prepared items to be dried in a drying tray and cover the plexiglass cover.
5 Press the stainless steel tab on the quick inflation valve (located on the left front panel) and after the click is heard, pull the quick inflation valve connector out to automatically seal.
6 Press the “vacuum pump†switch, the vacuum pump starts to work, and the vacuum shows “999†until it is below 1000Pa to display the actual vacuum. The freeze-drying process begins. Note: When the vacuum pump starts working, press down on the plexiglass cover for a while, which is good for sealing.
7. Multi-manifold type, firstly, the rubber valve should be closed (the valve core is long and upward). When the vacuum degree reaches 20Pa or less, the freeze-dried bottle with the pre-freezing end is inserted into the lower interface of the rubber valve, and the plastic valve core is rotated downward. 180 ° C. (Note: At this time, the vacuum display will rise, and the next bottle should be installed when the vacuum reaches 20 Pa or less).
8. The T-frame type should first close the rubber valve (the valve core is vertical rubber tube). When the vacuum degree reaches 20Pa or less, insert the freeze-dried bottle that has been pre-frozen into the lower interface of the rubber valve and rotate the plastic valve core by 90 °C. (Note: At this time, the vacuum display will rise, and the next bottle should be installed when the vacuum reaches 20Pa or less).
Shutdown operation:
1 Insert the quick inflation valve nozzle into the quick inflation valve seat, and turn off the “vacuum pump†power switch to make the air slowly enter the cold head; if it needs to be filled with inert gas, connect the decompression catheter of the inert gas to the “inflator portâ€.
2 Close the "vacuum meter", "refrigerator", if you do not need to unplug the power cord for a long time.
3 Lift the plexiglass cover, take out the item, store it, and freeze-dry it.
4 After the ice in the cold water is turned into water, the water needs to be removed from the fast inflation valve port. The operation is similar to the inflation.
5 Clean up the moisture and impurities in the cold, and properly maintain the equipment.
6 multi-manifold type, the rubber valve should be closed one by one and the freeze-drying bottle should be removed and then the shutdown operation should be repeated.
