In this study, serum GP73, AFP and peripheral blood mononuclear cells GP73 mRNA were detected in 73 cases of primary liver cancer, 13 cases of cirrhosis, 32 cases of hepatitis and 62 healthy people. The results showed that the GP73 threshold for diagnosis of PHC was determined by ROC curve. When the value was 123.2ug/L and the AFP cutoff value was 10.6ug/L, the sensitivity of GP73 and AFP single detection was 65.8% and 53.4%, respectively, and the specificity was 95.3% and 92.5%, respectively. It is 79.5% and the specificity is 90.7%. Whole blood specimen GP73 mRNA can not be used as a tumor marker, but GP73 mRNA in liver tissue specimens can be used as a tumor marker for diagnosing PHC. Serum GP73 combined with AFP detection can effectively improve the diagnosis of PHC, and can be used for the screening and screening of PHC high-risk groups.
